I am Emma Swifth, passionate with respect to everything that revolves around food.
As a Food Educator, I aim for the development of correct and conscious eating behaviors, as well as a healthy lifestyle, lived not as a compulsion, but as a shared value.
I have my own Food Blog, a kind of “food diary,” the modern version of grandma's notebook with all the recipes. In this diary the preparations are collected, with pictures, so that they can be found on the web and can be consulted by anyone.
Healthy eating habits are the result of proper food education, which lowers the risk of chronic illnesses including obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. The body needs a balanced diet to grow and develop, especially when it comes to developmental stages.
My slogan is: "A varied and balanced diet is the basis of a healthy life."
