Theresa Kulikowski

Theresa Kulikowski-Gillespie is a holistic wellness and performance coach, physician assistant (PA), certified mindfulness meditation teacher, Army veteran, and former elite gymnast. She authored "Beyond the Battlefield," exploring mindfulness in military healing, and "Beyond the Chalk Box," sharing insights from Olympic gymnasts. Theresa served as a PA in Tikrit, Iraq, with the 4th Infantry Division from 2009-2012. Her health challenges post-deployment deepened her commitment to mindfulness and functional medicine, completing certifications with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Chris Kresser. A former 1996 Olympic Team Alternate and NCAA Champion, she now lives at West Point, NY, with her family and goldendoodle, Ollie.
