Hi my name is Peter Newton, I live and work in Wales in the UK specialising in teaching the medical and longevity applications of Tai Chi and Qigong. I have written a total of 5 books which includes my latest offering: "8 Steps to Living a Long Life" (Findhorn Press/Inner Traditions, Release Date February 2025), a book that shows you how to "Live Long and Die Healthy". In order to write any book giving advice on longevity it is essential that an author must have experienced this personally otherwise their credibilty may carry little weight. Next year I will reach the tender age of 70 and as I practice what I preach I can catagorically state this ancient Chinese health and longevity methodology does work. I am robust in health and love life and consequently set a good example to the many students who follow me. I am an Honorary Vice-President of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, which is a national information and registration organization for Tai Chi and Qigong teachers. With 44 years experience tucked under my belt the demand for my services has never been stronger and I feel it is important to share this amazing acquired knowledge with a wider audience through my books.
