Carlos Dalmau (Puerto Rico, 1970) obtained a master’s degree in law from Harvard University with a thesis on Luhrmann’s systems theory. He studied Political Science and Law at the University of Puerto Rico. He has been legislative director in the United States Congress, law professor, lawyer, strategist, political analyst, columnist, and author on topics of political thought. Today he is recognized as one of the sharpest analysts of public affairs regarding Puerto Rico and the Hispanic community in the United States. He lives in San Juan with his wife, two children and two cats.
