Georgina Poole

Georgina Poole is the Health and Safety Leadership Partner at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, leading a national team to enhance safety outcomes and promote employee wellbeing. She is also the host of the "Leading Safely" podcast, which ranked in the top 10% of most globally shared podcasts on Spotify in 2022 and 2023. As a keynote speaker, Georgina has presented at health and safety and leadership conferences in Australia, America, and New Zealand. Her previous roles include Senior Trainer & Investigator at ICAM Australia and key positions at Lidiar Group and M2P Engineering. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Business in OHS & HR, an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management and a Graduate Certificate in Safety Leadership from Griffith University.
