Olu’s journey is a testament to resilience, integrity, and unwavering faith.
At 51, he carries the scars and wisdom of a life that has tested him beyond measure. In 2012, after a successful tenure as Group Head of Brand Communications for a leading bank in Nigeria, his world was upended when he was laid off following a corporate acquisition owing to a billion dollar fraud.
This marked the beginning of the darkest chapter of his life. Forced from a comfortable lifestyle into a single-room apartment, he faced unimaginable hardships, even struggling to feed his three children. Despite the lure of easy money through scams, he steadfastly refused, guided by the grace of God.
Today, he works remotely for SamNova Inc. in the United States, defying stereotypes about his country with his honesty and professionalism. With nearly two decades of experience in design and brand communications, he has now transitioned into career development, driven by a passion for helping others achieve decency, integrity, and sound moral values.
He is also a devoted father of four and a man of deep faith.
