For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of writing a book, but first, I had other things to do. I went to college and earned a degree in magazine journalism and American studies. I honed my writing skills in broadcast and print journalism, and later, public relations and business communications. I married and raised two daughters. I worked hard, but through it all, I never forgot my dream.
Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit and I found myself at home with time on my hands. That's when I sat down at the keyboard and began to create. I drew from stories I had made up for my grandchildren, and gave them a Jewish angle. Little by little, my story grew and I finally wrote my book.
