Evan J. Schwartz is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for AMCS Group in North America, a global leader in sustainable cloud software, hardware, and scaling technology. In this role, Evan orchestrates Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Delivery, driving a 20% growth target by amplifying upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets. Building on his experience as AMCS’s Chief Enterprise Architect and Head of Enterprise Foundation Services, Evan shapes robust market and customer-specific solutions integrating AI, data science, and sustainable technology to empower global resource-intensive industries to thrive, evolve, and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving business landscape.  His 35+ years of industry experience across Paper, Plastic, Waste, Recycling, Scrap Metal, Chemical, Natural Gas, Hazardous, and similar industries developing, deploying, and supporting resource-intensive ERP software solutions makes him ideally suited for this role.
 Outside his corporate responsibilities, Evan is an Adjunct Professor at Jacksonville University, mentoring the next generation of IT & Business professionals. His commitment to education also extends to serving on the Jacksonville University Cybersecurity and Computer Science Industry Advisory Board, where he champions the development of resilient and future-ready tech ecosystems.
 Evan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration. He is a Forbes|Technology Council member, a board member, and an enthusiastic public speaker who advocates for AI-driven sustainability and ethical technology solutions.  When he’s not leading operations or inspiring students, Evan devotes time to family—his wife, Lisa, and their two sons, who follow in his footsteps in technology and design. Their family dog, Peanut, is always by his side, reminding him of life’s simpler joys.
