Michael Pearson

Mike Pearson is a Colorado native with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. With over 36 years of business experience and more than 22 years in real estate investing, Mike has proven his ability to deliver results. His achievements include building a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio and founding multiple successful companies across various sectors, including Real Estate (Single Family, Multifamily, Industrial, Property Management), Software Development (Defense & Intelligence), Hospice Care, and Waste Management (Dumpster Rental). Each venture is driven by a vision to provide superior service and value. Ashdon Property Management, the catalyst for his book, embodies that vision. Initially created to manage his own portfolio, Mike teamed up with his daughter, Ashley, to extend their high standards of service to others. With firsthand knowledge of investor needs, Mike focuses on fostering trust, confidence, and efficiency. His strong management and leadership skills, combined with an engineering mindset, ensure clients receive exceptional value. Beyond business, Mike is deeply committed to charitable causes, particularly those supporting the military. After the tragic loss of his son, Corporal Brandon Pearson, a 3/5 Marine Corps member KIA in Afghanistan in 2010, Mike dedicated himself to preserving Brandon’s legacy and aiding those who serve our country. He founded the Darkhorse Angels Foundation to honor the 25 fallen 3/5 Darkhorse Marines and support returning veterans. Mike resides in Colorado with his wife, Kelly. He is a father of four, with children aged 35 and 33 from a previous marriage, and 9 and 6 with Kelly. He’s also a proud grandfather to two granddaughters, aged 7 and 2, who add to the lively family dynamic. The love and energy of his family keep him motivated and driven in all his endeavors.
