Alia Elkaffas

Alia Elkaffas is the co-founder of Food Dolls, a platform she shares with her sister, Radwa, dedicated to making cooking simple, approachable, and enjoyable. Drawing on their Egyptian heritage, they blend Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors with a Midwestern twist, inspiring millions around the world to create joyful kitchen experiences. Born and raised in Minnesota, Alia still calls it home, where she lives with her husband and three sons.
