Erin E. Clark

Erin Clark is Managing Director in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte. She has more than 20 years of experience working with clients across industries and sectors as an executive coach and advisor. Erin believes in the work of leadership to activate and unleash human potential - creating thriving people, organizations and communities. She believes strongly in both the individual and collective power of this work and brings both passion and curiosity to to her work with clients and the broader communities she is involved in. Prior to Deloitte, Erin was a partner and practice leader at Monitor Group (acquired by Deloitte in 2013). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Erin lives in Alpine, Utah with her five children, Kira, Kat, Mason, Matthew and Charlotte and her dog Isabelle.
