When I was younger, I thought about becoming a writer someday. As time passed and life experience grew, I realized many other women were struggling with the same life balance challenges. Realizing I could help create a roadmap for moving, downsizing, and home organization, I created Essential Home Organization, LLC. After a year in business, I decided it was time to pull all of the information into one source. The book title, Stepping Stones to Harmony, reflects the journey from where things are to where you want them to go. It is a journey to regain order and carve out time for self care. This book provides tools to identify where your time is going and methods to reduce the time and energy spent on managing your home. I earned a BS, Landscape Architecture at The Ohio State University and worked for many years in the design build sector. I later expanded my design work into interior home improvement projects. Both interior and exterior spaces projects begin with function. My mother passed away on May 4, 2024. I will never have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy some laughs over a cup of coffee with her again. Remember, things are just things you will soon forget about. Time is everything. Manage it well.
