Sharon Banks has over 20 years of experience in child and family development, with a background rooted in non-profit work and special education. Throughout her career, she’s worked within school systems to support individuals with ADHD, autism, and other developmental challenges. As a mother of four—two of whom have ADHD—Sharon understands the unique journey of navigating ADHD within her family and in her own life. It was only in adulthood, when life grew increasingly demanding, that she recognized her own undiagnosed ADHD and the need to reassess her strategies for managing it.
Sharon is dedicated to equipping the ADHD community with practical tools that empower individuals to thrive, embracing their unique strengths to reach their fullest potential. She aspires to foster a community that supports and uplifts each other toward achieving lifelong goals and a richer quality of life.
