Fabiola Rincón Santamaría

Fabiola Rincón Santamaría Business Administrator from UNAB with a Master’s in Transport, Trade, and Finance from Bayes Business School, and studies in Senior Management from Universidad de los Andes. She holds certifications in PMP from the Project Management Institute, Black Belt from the Council for Six Sigma Certification, Customer Experience from the Disney Institute, and a Master’s in Sustainability from UPB. With over 25 years of experience in operations roles, her career has focused on leadership positions in multinational companies in the areas of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations. Fabiola has extensive experience in redesigning, restructuring, and developing operations departments, acting as a strategic business partner. She has supported cost optimization processes, investment maximization, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction enhancement, and cultural transformation. Throughout her career, she has received numerous recognitions and awards. She has worked on hundreds of "blue chip projects," generating business value. Fabiola has led cross-functional, multi-brand teams in Latin America, overseeing over 2,500 people across 14 countries. She is also a Board Member and Co-chair of the Women in Leadership on Boards community at CESA. Fabiola strongly believes in the crucial role that companies play in creating a positive impact on the environment and society.
