Sage Meriwether is the author of Overcoming the Power of a Narcissistic Mother, as well as Camping Essentials for Tent and Trailer Camping and a children's Easter activity book. With a blended family of three daughters, three adult grandchildren, three smaller grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, Sage has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of family dynamics. While not raised by a narcissistic mother, Sage spent several challenging years dealing with a narcissistic family member, whose behavior had a profound impact on the entire family. Drawing from personal experience and a year of comprehensive research, Sage connected with numerous individuals facing similar struggles. The research included conversations with people coping with narcissists in various roles—parents, spouses, bosses, friends, and family members. Through these interactions, Sage gained deep insights into the emotional and psychological damage caused by such relationships and identified crucial gaps in available resources.
