Eileen Mandir

Eileen Mandir combines her experiences in design, engineering and coaching to create discourse and change – for people, systems and organizations. Eileen lectures internationally at Universities, hosts workshops and facilitates future dialogues. She has worked with federal government, local administration, industry and citizen on collectively imagining, showcasing and enabling desirable images of the future. Since 2022 she is Professor for Systemic Design at the Faculty of Design at the University of Applied Sciences Munich where she teaches in the Bachelor and Master Program and conducts research on the role of design in the context of social change, transformative processes and participation.
