Hi! I’m Nathalie van Ee, a French native now living in Scotland with my Dutch husband. My background is in International Business, but my career has been a mix of fun and creative ventures. I’ve developed an educational app for kids, reviewed hundreds of children’s apps, and currently run a 24-hour gym.
Writing has always been something I wanted to try, and now I’m excited to share my first book, The Twin Explorers: Magical Summer Games. It’s the start of a unique trilogy that also includes a coloring book and a puzzle book to make learning even more fun and engaging. I’ve always loved the idea of creating magical worlds for kids to explore while learning, and this story takes young readers on an adventure through one of the biggest international sporting events, with lots of fascinating facts along the way.
I’ve also been working with AI throughout the writing process, using it like a creative partner. It’s been a lot of trial and error—kind of like having a coach guiding me through the journey! My next project will be a Christmas-themed adventure, but instead of the usual Santa story, it’ll take kids through the history and traditions that have shaped the way we celebrate today. And, just like with the Summer Games, I’ll be adding a puzzle book and coloring book to complement the story.
When I’m not writing or running the gym, I love traveling, reading, and discovering new technology. I’m excited to keep sharing more adventures with young readers and hope they’ll learn something new with every story.
