Frank Garcia was born in Puerto Rico. At the age of six, Frank and his family moved to New York where he quickly adapted to the streets of Harlem. Set on becoming an engineer, Frank graduated from Haaren High School, receiving the New York City Medal for Drafting.
At the age of 18, Frank enlisted in the Army during the Korean War, fighting in the battle of Pork Chop Hill. Upon discharge, he enrolled in the City College of New York (CCNY). Working during the day as a draftsman and attending classes at night, Frank realized his dream obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Frank became an Executive with a Fortune 500 company, managing over 30 projects worldwide. Frank and his family, seeking new experiences, lived in many different cities ranging from Rapid City, South Dakota to Caracas, Venezuela.
He also began a career as an artist. Without any formal training but with interest in more than one field, Frank became a true renaissance man. He has compiled a repertoire of over 60 works and his paintings have been publicly exhibited.
Concerned with the direction of the political landscape, Frank found a way to express this concern. Thus this book of political cartoons and commentaries.
