With degrees in legal studies and social work, Ceelya has worked as a licensed social worker, Head Start educator, and middle school teacher, supporting at-risk children and helping young students transition into their educational journeys. She also served as the director of education for a nonpartisan organization, guiding students with pre-college enrollment and impacting lives that continue to follow her today, some two decades later.
