Orna Sandler Klein

Orna S. Klein was born in Israel, served in the IDF, and began her decades-long career in the Israeli Mossad for Special Operations by the time she was 21. During her tenure, she took part in the education, recruitment, and operation of a generation of elite Mossad warriors. Today, Klein is retired and gives talks about women’s roles in the intelligence community. She is married with two daughters and surrounded by grandchildren. The Spy in the Shadows is her second book.
