Josefina Camilo F.

I am Josefina Camilo Fernández, born on November 14, 1974, in the Dominican Republic. I was raised by my parents, and from a young age, I knew that my path was in education. I graduated as a teacher and had the honor of founding Centro Pedagógico Infantil Mundo de Colores, a dream that became a reality, where I was able to contribute to the educational development of many children. This role as director was profoundly enriching and taught me about leadership, creativity, and the positive impact that education can have on the lives of young people. In my search for growth and learning, I decided to direct my passion towards nutrition. I currently reside in Spain, where I have found a new calling in raw veganism. Over the past three years, I have integrated this lifestyle into my daily life, which has led me to deepen my knowledge in the field of nutrition. My dedication led me to graduate in nutrition, focusing on promoting a healthy lifestyle. I also made the decision to place myself in the hands of my creator, Jesus, who has helped me overcome my fears and begin to embrace "the food of heaven." I have expanded my educational horizons through various courses, including Advanced Nutrition and Phytotherapy, and I have specialized in raw vegan food. My intellectual curiosity and passion for health drive me to continue my studies in clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, and hydrotherapy. I am excited about the idea of continuing to innovate and learn in this constantly evolving field. Every day, I strive to expand my knowledge and skills with a clear purpose: to help others lead healthier lifestyles. Nutrition is not just my profession; it is my passion. I am excited to contribute to people's well-being and to share my experiences and knowledge on this journey.
