Before starting Llumos, Ann worked as a Principal Consultant at Green Peak Partners
and earlier as a Managing Director and Senior Consultant at TalentQuest in Atlanta. She
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with High Distinction from the University
of Michigan and obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and MBA from Widener
University.
Ann is a Licensed Psychologist and member of the American Psychological Association
(APA) and several Divisions. She is the Managing Director of the Alliance for Leadership
Excellence (Alexcel) and prior Treasurer for the Society of Consulting Psychology. She
is a member of APA’s Leadership Institute for Women in Psychology. Ann is a certified
Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coach and has completed J&J’s Corporate
Athlete Program and CTI’s Co-Active Coach program. She is certified in multiple
assessment tools for individuals and teams.
An Ironman triathlete and marathon runner, Ann brings her high-performance focus and
results orientation to her work, family, and community. She is the proud spouse of a US
Air Force officer and volunteers with several nonprofits that support DC’s underserved
and marginalized communities.
