As an Enterprise Coach, Kanban Coach & Trainer, and DevOps Coach within Cisco’s CX Transformation Office, I am deeply committed to advancing Organizational agility through a pragmatic philosophy, managed evolution, and a systems coaching and thinking, professional coaching & somatic coaching approach to helping complex adaptive systems create enriching cultures, fit-for-purpose products and services, survivability and resilience. My current role involves strategy, enterprise coaching, Kanban and DevOps consulting & coaching, agile leadership and providing training within the Telco and Mobility Theatres. I help service delivery leaders and teams align with the larger organizational strategy and vision in the way that makes sense for them; guiding them through the intricacies of Kanban implementations inorder to increase business agility, as well as org design, implementation, and service delivery that predictably and consistently deliver customer value. I approach leadership with a servant-leader mindset, placing a high value on mentoring, coaching, and teaching. My goal is to cultivate environments where cross-functional, self-organizing teams excel in their domains, thereby producing outstanding products and services that resonate with customers and align with stakeholder expectations. Parallel to this, I focus on elevating Agile maturity within leadership structures, ensuring a holistic organizational transformation. Beyond my professional endeavors, my interests are diverse and enriching. As an avid scuba diver and enthusiast of piano jazz, I find tranquility and inspiration in these pursuits. My leisure time is a blend of reading, traveling with my partner, creative projects, powerlifting, and swimming. I’m also passionate about writing, engaging in technical collaborations, and mentoring, all while prioritizing quality time with family and friends.
