Wayne Sattler

Father Wayne Sattler has been a priest of the Diocese of Bismarck since 1997. For six of those years he lived a life of prayerful solitude as a diocesan hermit. During that time, as a fruit of this vocation, he would give retreats and teach classes on contemplative prayer. He returned to active ministry due to some health issues, and has served as a pastor for a total of sixteen years. In his present position as Diocesan Spiritual Director, he enjoys guiding souls through personal meetings, retreats, classes, parish missions and writing.
