Jennifer Ledet, CSP, SPHR, is on a mission to empower leaders and executives to become the CEO of their own lives, leading with intention rather than by chance. Known for her sharp insights, engaging style, and signature South Louisiana Cajun joie de vivre, Jennifer brings over 30 years of leadership experience to her work as a leadership and team coach. As a "recovering" HR executive, she understands the unique challenges faced by today’s leaders, especially women.
