mannygrimaldi is a writer from Kentucky with a B.A. in Dramatic Arts and Anthropology from Centre College. He is a father to two genius level children, eccentric monstrosities of energy and creativity aspiring toward a career in Anything They Choose In The Arts, or Sending Spacemen to Proxima Centauri. manny is the Managing Editor of Yearling, a well curated poetry journal in Lexington, Kentucky, for four years running, and writes voluminous rejection letters in essay form to everyone highlighting strengths in the poems and avenues of growth. RIDING SHOTGUN WITH THE MOTHMAN is his first full length book dealing with alcoholism. EX LIBRIS IOANNES CERVA is his first chapbook filled with political and literary satire. manny is ridiculously prolific and has written steadily since his depression in 2019. His next book is with Whiskey City Press out of North Carolina.
