Nioza Hubanova is a prominent Ukrainian Psychologist and Gestalt Therapist dedicated to self-knowledge and aiding others in overcoming psychological challenges. Her journey began with an early interest in the human psyche, shaped by her first consultation with a psychologist at age four. Despite facing personal crises such as depression, panic attacks, and codependent relationships, she found healing through Gestalt therapy, which became the foundation of her career.

Since 2018, Nioza has practiced therapy, authored the book Emotions: An Instruction Manual, and conducted workshops on emotional intelligence, healing, and relationships. She is active in the Ukrainian psychological community, training future Gestalt Therapists at MIGIS and supporting Ukrainians during the war with trauma-focused programs.

Through numerous projects, including group therapies on dreams, emotional intelligence, and overcoming trauma, she continues to help clients find strength for growth. Nioza’s work embodies dedication to psychological health, professional development, and empowering others to heal.
