O’Neil Fuller is a seasoned HVACR educator and technical trainer with over two decades of experience in HVACR program development and delivery. Known for his expertise in training, curriculum design, and program management, O’Neil has successfully developed and led HVACR programs at organizations such as Kroger, Tulsa Welding/HVAC School, Vista College, West Georgia Technical College and Georgia Piedmont Technical College. His experience spans a wide range of roles, from program director, lead instructor to technical trainer, consistently enhancing programs to meet evolving industry demands and providing technicians with in-depth knowledge in refrigeration, energy management, and troubleshooting.
O’Neil holds a bachelor’s degree in HVACR Engineering Technology and Energy Management, along with an associate degree in Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC. His hands-on approach and commitment to education are underscored by his credentials, including NATE, ICE, EPA, and HVAC Excellence certifications.
