Ciarán McArdle

Ciarán McArdle has dedicated his career to soccer in America. He is the cofounder of XL Soccer World, a company that own and operates a chain of soccer facilities across the entire span of the East Coast, most recently building a state-of-the-art location in Lake Nona, Florida. XL Soccer World facilities see more than three million visitors each year. The company was recently acquired by SoFive soccer centers, a company in the City Football Group portfolio. Ciarán is also Director and co-founder of XL Soccer Tours, which specializes in organizing team travel to various professional soccer facilities around the world. In 2020, Ciarán also launched The XL Academy, a full-time private school for promising young soccer players. Ciarán chairs the organization Kicking Kids Cancer. In 2015, he was awarded "40 under 40” by Orlando Business Journal and “CEO of the Year” in 2016. He and his family reside in Orlando, Florida where he still claims to be a useful soccer player, a fact his teammates still disagree with.
