My culinary journey took root in Santa Monica's dynamic restaurant scene, where I discovered my passion for transforming traditional comfort food with clean, wholesome ingredients.

This passion led me to found Bloom & Grow Kitchen, where I strip away artificial additives to reveal the pure joy of simple, delicious food. My cookbook, Bold Beginnings, captures not just recipes but the moments and memories that make them special, proving that the best dishes always come with a side of story.

These days, my greatest inspiration comes from the beautiful chaos of life with my wife Jewelia and our three daughters, Belle, Lyra, and Nora. Whether we're experimenting in the kitchen, writing songs, or crafting new stories together, we're always finding ways to make the ordinary extraordinary.
