Susan Hiera Bass

Susan Hiera Bass is an inspirational Ayurvedic Educator. Founder of the Sarasvati Institute of Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy, she is a dynamic and engaging teacher. Her own healing journey led her to become a passionate student and dedicated teacher of Ayurveda.

Over the past twenty years, Susan has led over two thousand students through the process of awakening to their own healing power. Her mission in writing about Ayurveda is to elevate today's youth - the new generations - to be filled with vitality, enthusiasm, and hope as they discover the long history of knowledge and support behind them.

Susan holds a Master of Science in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. She is Ayurvedic Doctor Level Certified through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. Susan holds a BA in Mathematics as well as a BA in Psychology from the University of Mississippi.
