Rachel Marks grew up in York PA where she enjoyed attending Christian School of York for PreK-12th grade. She trusted in Jesus as her Savior when she was five or six years old. She rededicated her life to Jesus in eighth grade during Spiritual Emphasis Week at school. She graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a BA in Bible and Christian Education. She served full-time at her church for twelve years as the Kids Crossing and Office Assistant. She has written children’s curriculum for several holiday programs and the Bible Fellowship Church (BFC) denomination, including material on the BFC Articles of Faith and daily Bible lessons used at Victory Valley Camp and Pinebrook Bible Conference. Rachel and her husband Dan have been married since August 2012. They have enjoyed using their home for ministry with hosting Bible study, meals, small groups Bible studies, and many fellowship times over the years. After their miscarriage, they adopted two brothers from foster care, had a surprise baby, and adopted two babies as frozen embryos including a miracle micro preemie. They are the grateful parents of Joshua, Jacob, Nathaniel, and Benjamin, as well as Gabriel and Shiloh in Heaven.
