Hello! My name is Teanna Lahens. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2019 with a B.A. in Sociology. I've been working in the mental and behavioral health field for about 6-7 years. I am also a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager in the state of Florida. I started my e-book journey with the thought of creating tips to help others who also work remote or hybrid in social services. As a social worker, the demands of our daily tasks can feel overwhelming, cause compassion fatigue, and the infamous one... burnout!!!! I hope you will join me on my e-book journey as I learn more about self-publishing my own thoughts and wisdom I've gain in my professional and personal life. On a not so professional note, some of my other interests are dance, fashion, music, painting, and photography. Anything art related, I am totally there!!
