关于作者

Jordan trained as a specialist education teacher in 2009. Throughout her career, she has worked exclusively with over 400 children with SEN with a range of needs, ages and abilities.

Her passion for SEN brought her onto sharing her knowledge and teaching strategies through social media at the end of 2023. Her easy to understand tips quickly grew traction building her following and business to six-figures in just 6 months. Not only SEN Teachers were tuning in, but many mainstream teachers across the world were using her videos to inform how they supported disabled pupils in their classrooms.

In 2024, Jordan published her own Sensory Curriculum as well as other SEN suitable programmes. These were built to support communication, sensory regulation and the full breadth of lessons for pupils that learn through their senses and those working at the early stages of learning. (0-6 years)

In 2025, Jordan was increasingly frustrated with the lack of suitable reading material for her sensory learners. Books created for babies were simply inappropriate and books for older children were unsuitable. So, she developed her first series of Sensory Stories to complement her Sensory Curriculum themes. These were specifically created for a person of any age or stage.

Jordan’s philosophy is to always assume competence in everyone she works with, as how are we to truly know what a person knows if they cannot tell us? Whilst also facilitating rich sensory experiences so all learners, whatever their cognitive ability or understanding, can access, engage and learn. Each of Jordan’s Sensory Stories contains opportunities to learn at an academic and sensory level.
