Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Eurasia Group, the leading global affairs firm, where he was the Deputy CEO and an advisor to top CEOs, general counsels, and investors. He is author of GeoLegal Notes (geolegal dot substack dot com), the only weekly newsletter tracking the intersection of geopolitics, law, and technology. He lectures at Berkeley Law Executive Education on geolegal risk.
