Mark Clark

Mark T. Clark, Ph.D., is an Emeritus Professor of Political Science and National Security Studies, California State University, San Bernardino. Mark has published several dozen academic essays on national security and intelligence. He received several large grants from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the National Science Foundation, and the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity. Mark served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1973 to 1977. His ongoing work can be found on his Substack page under mark.t.clark.
