GIAM Cheong Leong, known to many simply as “Giam,” transitioned into the world of hospice and palliative care after a successful career spanning over 20 years in corporate administration. With a background in strategic planning, financial management, and resource optimization, Giam initially built his expertise in high-stakes environments, managing substantial budgets and complex operations. However, a personal calling led him to explore a different kind of work — one focused not on profit margins but on compassion, community, and the dignity of life’s final stages.
