His 6 failed businesses are: Amway MLM pyramid scheme, Emazing Lights resale, TableKi massage tables (MikeRyansDropshipping), TheTwoWords popup pdf sales, Cybersquatting consultancy (I bought eyesonukraine for 3 dollars), Gallagher House ('shameless' halfway home)

The Dream is Joint Venture Capitalism. Everyone gets the same offer: 50/50. I provide, prepare, finance, feed, and house- you just have to work. "Show me the business plan. If you don't have a good answer to every possible 'what-if' question, it's not ready yet" Write the program and execute, it is genuinely that simple.

Mike is a delusional manic-depressive schizoaffective alcoholic. He's 3 years sober as of Sep 9, 2024 and takes two pills at bedtime. He owes his recovery to natural supports, professional help, diet and exercise, and "unconditional self-love"

He earned his MBA in 2020 with a 4.0, his MS in Cybersecurity in 2016 with a 3.8, and his BS BA in 2014 with a 3.6. He graduated from Brussels American High School, a military school, in 2010 with 11 varsity letters, 100 friends, and the hottest girlfriend any 17 year old could want. 2009 was a great year for alternative fashion- the craziness of mid-2000's scene was cooling down but the spirit of rebellion was alive and well. He was once fluent in English, French, German, and Spanish at the same time, but language is use-it-or-lose it and there's no need to use anything other than English in America. His favorite language is German.

He was born on Randolph Air Force Base in Texas, moved to DC when he was 4 and learned Spanish, moved to Germany (Oberammergau) when he was 6, moved to downtown Paris when he was 9, moved to the Brussels suburbs when he was 11, moved to Boston when he was 18, moved to Stuttgart when he was 20, moved to Pennsylvania when he was 27, moved out to Pittsburgh for two years, and now lives with both of his parents in a happy, healthy home. Dad works, Mom cooks, I clean.

Mike spent a lot time playing video games in his formative years. Friday Nights in High School involved caffeine in a dark room, loud rock music, and coordinating movements in a virtual world with strangers over text and voice. His sister was drinking and dancing on tables at bars. The drinking age is 16 in Belgium. He recommends the documentary The Remarkable Life of Ibelin, a story about a young man with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy who found purpose, love, and belonging in a world beyond his limitations. To the outside world he was a vegetable, but as long as he could breathe and move his fingertips he was connected to a beautiful world and wonderful people.

Mike's interests include quantum physics, neuroscience, collaborative storytelling, physical and mental and emotional fitness, astrology and human design, knowing the love of women and the strength of men, playing the piano, his cat Moonbeam, world religions and iconography, foreign cultures, entomology, the origin and history of words, blues and baroque music, conspiracy theories, and bringing out the best in people.
