Craig Laughlin Jr is the founder of the TruthWarrior Movement and the creator of the Forged In Truth Challenge, a 30-day journey designed to help men confront lies, embrace God's truth, and reclaim their divine purpose. In 2018, Craig received a clear mandate from God to “Be Heard,” setting him on a mission to build a movement that liberates men from the shackles of mediocrity and the lies that keep them from living in truth. Craig’s professional journey has taken him across the globe. From his early career in finance with Cantor Fitzgerald in New York City and BGC Partners in London to founding a successful digital marketing agency and business coaching practice, Craig understands the pressures men face in the modern world. Now, his focus is on disrupting hustle culture and guiding overwhelmed business owners back to the dinner table with their families—rebuilding relationships, restoring balance, and living in alignment with God’s plan. In addition to the Truth Warrior Movement, Craig created Business Coach Launchpad, a mentorship program that equips new and experienced business coaches with the frameworks, tools, and confidence to build 6- and 7-figure coaching practices. Through this work, he continues to empower others to embrace their callings and create lives of lasting impact. An avid fisherman, serial entrepreneur, and dedicated family man, Craig lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife, Jessica, his two stepsons, Jude and Dylan, and their dog, Penny. Guided by faith, Craig remains committed to his calling, helping men awaken to their purpose, embrace truth, and live with power, integrity, and legacy.
