Sonia Hashemi

Sonia is a passionate portrait and fine art photographer, and the proud mom of Ayla, her curious and imaginative 7-year-old daughter who files her creativity. Through her stories and artwork, she hopes to inspire children to embrace creativity, curiosity, and imagination- qualities she hold dear. Sonia holds a PhD in Operations Research (Industrial Systems Engineering) and has a proven track record at Virginia Tech, IBM, and Verizon.
