When I was nine years old, I was blessed with a teacher who truly cared for me. She saw beyond the surface and gently guided me toward healing through the art of Haiku. Writing these simple yet profound poems became my refuge, a way to process my emotions and connect with the peace of nature.
Haiku was my escapism—a bridge to freedom. I would immerse myself in the beauty of the natural world, letting the serenity of Mother Earth inspire my words and soothe my heart.
Years later, while moving, I rediscovered this collection of Haiku, a project from my childhood. Inspired by its impact on my life, I decided to share it with the world. My hope is that these poems will open a door to healing and creativity for others, especially children, as they did for me.
As a student, I loved nature, animals, and expressing myself through writing. Haiku gave me the chance to explore and create, and I believe it can offer the same joy and solace to others.
