Priscila Soares

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I am a multidisciplinary artist with a background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, and Motion Picture. My passion for graphic novels and storytelling fuels my creative process, allowing me to experiment with various mediums and techniques to convey meaningful narratives. My personal journey with severe hearing loss, which began in my teenage years, deeply influences my work. As a mother of two sons, one of whom has been diagnosed with severe to profound hearing loss, I am committed to bringing visibility to the experiences of individuals with hearing differences. Through my art and illustrations, I aim to inspire self-discovery, challenge limiting beliefs, and encourage others to embrace their unique stories.
