I started writing in February 2024. It came about after some rough times in my life. In September 2023, I was diagnosed with Leukemia. Long story, short, after many rounds of chemotherapy, followed by the tragic death of one of my brothers and then a bone marrow transplant, combined with my wife's medical issues, life was challenging to say the least.

Due to my fragile health, I was only able to watch TV and read.

My wife said, “You’ve always thought you might be able to write a book. I think it’s time you tried to write that book.” I followed her advice. I have enough ideas to make this world, I'm creating a 10-book series, followed by a three-book prequel series. I have thirteen books planned.

My series begins in the 35th century aboard a human research starship. After 1400 years without such a discovery, humans unexpectedly make their first contact with an alien species. This species somehow knew about us, and they hated us. They blamed us for nearly destroying their planet and culture. Everything from then on is a struggle for survival.

The first book took me 10 months to write, and the second took me 5 weeks. I’m now writing book 3 in the series.

I plan to publish the first three books in the series in June 2025. I also offer science fiction themed journal/notebooks. I enjoy designing the covers!

I love working with cover designs so much that I'm also publishing journals and notebooks. The covers are view of nebulas, galaxies and other similarly themed designs. I have both paperback and hardcover options that I create. It's great practice for designing my science fiction book covers.
