With over a decade of experience, Sagel, M.Ed., E-RYT, is a passionate yoga and meditation teacher and author. She has had the joy of sharing these transformative practices with communities across the U.S., including at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Her approach blends the wisdom of Yogic, Buddhist, and Taoist philosophies, creating a practice grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and self-care. Sagel’s genuine love for her students inspires her to make every practice and training accessible, supportive, and empowering- whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Through her classes and books, she is dedicated to supporting her students in discovering their limitless potential to heal, grow, and thrive. She's deeply grateful to have trained with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, whose teachings have been a beacon of peace and happiness for her since she first began her practice. Sagel also has a love of nature, travel, Qigong, and experiencing diverse cultures. She has fun adventuring with family, hiking, and taking her yoga practice outdoors. She is a continuing education provider, YACEP verified with Yoga Alliance, and her trainings and workshops are eligible for Yoga Alliance continuing education credit hours for registered yoga teachers.
