David Milne

David Milne is Professor of Modern History at the University of East Anglia. He previously taught at the LSE, Cambridge, and the University of Nottingham.

His first book, America's Rasputin: Walt Rostow and the Vietnam War was published by Hill and Wang in 2008. His second, Worldmaking: The Art and Science of American Diplomacy was published by FSG in 2015. Milne is currently working on a biography of the Chicago Tribune journalist Sigrid Schultz.
